How to get medicine at our pharmacy
If you have a prescription, please bring it along with your health insurance card to the counter. If you use LINE, you can send us a photo of your prescription in advance to shorten your waiting time.
Even if you don’t have a prescription, feel free to visit us anytime. Our friendly pharmacists will check your condition and provide appropriate counseling. We will then choose right medicine or see a doctor if needed. We’re always happy to help with any questions about your medicines or health.

About prescription medicines in Japan
In Japan, many medicines require a doctor’s prescription. Some common medicines available overseas may not be sold without a prescription here.
Our pharmacists can advise you on which medicines are available for your symptoms. If needed, we can also connect you with English- and Chinese- speaking doctors for online or in-person consultations.
